A law enforcement officer pulled in excess of a self-driving Waymo vehicle in Phoenix immediately after it ran a purple light and pulled into a lane of oncoming website traffic, according to dispatch information.

The incident took position on June 19, but area media which include Arizona Republic launched bodycam footage of the website traffic stop this week, demonstrating the vehicle weaving in website traffic right before finally pulling about into a parking large amount. “The total party lasted close to a single minute and there were being no riders in the motor vehicle,” the spokesperson explained.

The Alphabet-owned robotaxi organization has voluntarily recalled application twice this year right after crashes. The security of its application is also under investigation by federal regulators.
